We work closely with each client and offer a solution that makes sense for both parties. You are more than welcome to directly negotiate wages with the placements or if you prefer we can manage the details on your behalf including all employment paperwork and payroll scheduling as if we were the employer.

- We pre-qualify every applicant and verify education, previous employment and references.
- On average we are 20% less than other dental staffing agencies without sacraficing the quality of service or the experience of our placements.
- We offer Net 30 payment terms with a 2% discount if paid within 10 days of billing.
- An additional 10% discount is offered on temporary assignments extending beyond one week.
- Working interviews for possible permanent placement are not charged a fee for the first day.
- Option 1: All temporary placements should be paid at the end of their assignment unless other arrangements are made such as your payroll schedule for example. All taxes are the responsibility of the client.
- Option 2: DashTrax Dental Staffing acts as the employer and handles all paperwork and wages of the placement.
- We typically recommend at least 24 hours notice for placement; however, we also realize that from time to time an urgent replacement may be required. We will always do our best to help fill that need. Our typical hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-6:00pm but calls are monitored 24 hours a day by our Placement Professionals.
- In the event that you would like the temporary to work additional days beyond initial agreement please let us know as soon as possible.
- Although we can recommend a fair wage for assistants, hygienists and front desk support it’s ultimately up to you on how much you would like to pay. Typically the higher the skill level the more per hour you may expect to pay. (We offer temporary staff from recent grads to 25+ years of experience in the dental industry.)
- In the event that a permanent placement leaves for any reason within the first three months the client may request a pro-rated refund for the fees.
- There is a 4-hour minimum charge at 50% of our daily rates. For example: Dental Assistants and Front Desk are $25.00/day – Minimum fee would equate to $12.50
- If a Job Order is not canceled before temporary arrives to your practice there will be a 4-hour minimum charge. No additional cancelation fees will be accrued.
- Payments received beyond the 45 days may incur a 2% late fee.
